This can kind of relate to our history class. We have talked about children in the work force and children in general. Children were mistreated and made it easier to get into smaller spaces.
Honestly, I fail to see how a nine month old child can pick up a brick as big as it is and toss it. Some of the police officials are even baffled. How do they expect a NINE MONTH OLD to testify in court? Or even try to defend themselves?

It seems the author's point of view is similar to mine. She states that how the involvement of the child is still unclear. She seems to wonder how and why the child was booked.
