Captain America Breaks Box Office Records

In the opening weekend of Marvel's latest super hero sequel, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the box office began seeing numbers that set records for the month of April as well as the best sequel of a Marvel movie. After tallying up the amount of ticket sales, in 3D and 2D, this Captain grossed over $167,000,000, with $42.1 million in its opening weekend.

In history class, we are learning about WWII. Captain America, portrayed by Chris Evans, is ninety years old. He is a veteran of WWII. He and his friend, Bucky, are both veterans. However, Steve, Captain America, was frozen and brought out of cryo-stasis in the year 2011.

I love Captain America. Chris Evans is extremely adorable and he has this sleek and seductive way of capturing your attention whether it be in that tight leather outfit, or in a t-shirt that exposes his muscles. Black Widow, portrayed by Scarlett Johansson, is back in black and slinging knifes and guns like she never stopped. Chris Evans is also known for movies such as What's Your Number? where he played Colin, Anna Faris's soon to be, unexpected boyfriend number twenty. The one that I remember him the most for is Not Another Teen Movie where he portrayed second string quarterback, Jake Wyler.

The author uses statistics such as the sales of Thor 2 and Captain America 2. Their prequels both opened in summer of 2011 and Thor outsold Captain America. However, the roles were reversed and Captain America 2 outsold Thor 2.

9 Month Old Booked For Murder

Several police officers showed up at a home in Pakistan, brick throwing ensued. The officers tried to collect a bill and it angered the family.

This can kind of relate to our history class. We have talked about children in the work force and children in general. Children were mistreated and made it easier to get into smaller spaces.

Honestly, I fail to see how a nine month old child can pick up a brick as big as it is and toss it. Some of the police officials are even baffled. How do they expect a NINE MONTH OLD to testify in court? Or even try to defend themselves?

It seems the author's point of view is similar to mine. She states that how the involvement of the child is still unclear. She seems to wonder how and why the child was booked.
